Hi,
I am new to this and was hoping for a little support. I have had depression for about 2 years now and have been takings meds which seem to be working. I had surgery about two weeks ago and today, lost my job over it. I am very depressed and angry. How do you handle depression when it seems all is lost? How to pick yourself back up?
