Wow, reading through the list of topics shows me that I'm really not as ALONE as I thought. I've had a BUNCH of stuff happen in my life, survived, and now struggling to live. I constantly deal with depression and a whole swarm of other things. In the end, I feel overwhelmed to do just everyday things in life. Lately, I've been feeling very hopeless and tired - that all my efforts of trying this, that, and the other don't seems to bear much fruit. Or will EVER bear much fruit in my future. Guess this is typical. Thanks.
Just curious if you have seen a psychiatrist or a family doctor for depression or atleast a recent appt. I am in a slump at the moment myself but if it wasn't for Zoloft, I would be in worse shape. What I TRY to realize is that my feelings are temporary and things will get better but it is hard to do during difficult times. We all have a purpose in life and some times it just takes some longer to find that purpose and happiness. Good luck and remember that you are normal, just need to work through one situation at a time.
