Let me start by introducing myself; My name is Kim, I'm 43, I have a very patient and understanding husband. I have 3 grown children, 4 grandsons & another grandchild due in Nov.(hopefully a girl).
I'm here because I have extensive abdominal and pelvic adhesions that cause me a great deal of constant pain. My surgeon is sending me to a pain clinic,(for a min. of 3 months)but my appointment isn't until 11/8. So until then I'll have to keep taking what I'm already on (vicodan 10/650 4x a day & Elavil 20mg @ bedtime)which isn't working near as well as it use to. Some nights I wake up in tears because of the pain. I can honestly say that I can understand why someone with chronic pain would commit suicide. I know that I don't want be like this for the rest of my life. Just going to the store wears me out. When I clean my house, I have to take several breaks. Sorry, I'm rambling.
