I just found this site a couple of days ago and it was very interesting to read the posts on the intrathecal medicine pump.I'm trying to do research on it since my husband is being told it is his only option. He had a terrible experience with the trial so I am extremely scared of him getting the pump permanently. I wish their were other people we could talk to about this since I don't have much faith in his dr. but my husband thinks he has no more options and is desperate to get well. I sent a personal message to Bob in Hawaii because I am hesitant to put a bad experience up that would discourage anybody about the pump. I am not that great on the computer so I'm not sure he got it. I am just looking for advice from people who are living with the pump to get some reassurance because I'm afraid of what's going to happen to my husband. He's a father of four children (19,14,8,4). They need their father to get well!
