Chronic Pain

Hi there, I came upon this formum using an internet search and have yet to puruse the topics. So first, just wanted to give a brief introduction. I have daily neck pain of varying degrees. Diagnosis has been difficult to vague - possibly cervical distonia / ligament laxity / forward head posture or a bit of all. This has been going on for a few years now. Right now I am in the determining the best course of treatment in order to manage it phase. I've tried physical therapy, pain meds of many kinds, TENS, prolotherapy and cortiscosteroids. Nothing to date has given any lasting relief - temporary at best.

I am no exception in the fact that the pain has made daily life a challenge - I am presently self-employed in order to better manage and cope with it. I look forward to sharing experiences and information.
