Hello everyone, My name is Donna and ive been living in constant pain since November 20 2003,at about 1:15 pm.I was walking outside at work when i slipped and fell and shattered my left ankle. My surgery was posponed 18 hrs because a car accident came in right before me at the hospital. I broke my tib ,fib, talles plus had 8 more fractures all around my ankle.Ive had seven surgeries and the last one my doc. put a steele rod up into my tibia and about 8 screws as well.My ankle joint is fused now and that helped some what with the pain so i could walk.Ive been diagnosed with depression, cronic pain, complex regional pain syndrome, and to boot my doc. fused my foot 15 degrees pointing down. So now i have to walk with my air cast on or i just cant walk.,Its like walking on your tippy-toes. Well enough about that ,im just in major pain that never ends.Im married 25 years this past july,i also have 3 kids and a beautiful cocapoo dog.Thank you for reading my story and i look foreward to meeting new friends that REALLY understand what im going through.
