I am a newbie and would like to shre some things about myself. I am a 49 year old female with fibromyalgia,bipolar disoder,artritis(OA) and COPD. I have forgotten what life without pain is.Manic.

Welcome to the ChronicPainConnection forum. Although there are many different diagnoses represented here, the one thing we all have in common is pain. I can relate well to at least one of your diagnoses as I, too, have fibromyalgia. I've had it for 18 years and, like you, can't remember what it's like to wake up pain free and full of energy.
