Chronic Pain

Hi fellow pain sufferers,

I'm Jacinta and I'm 16 years old. I've had Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (aka Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy) for 3 years and recently I'd heard about an in-patient program at the Children's Hospital in the city I live in, so I went to see one of the doctors in charge of this program. He told me that the Children's Hospital doesn't admit people over 14, even though a child is a child until the age of 18, and there is not a program the same in the adults' hospital, so I started a petition to raise the age of admittance into the Brisbane Children's Hospital, not just for me but for other kids who may have this problem. This in-patient program has a high rate of success for making the pain much more manageable, so I would be extremely grateful if you could sign my petition and pass it on -- I need a lot of signatures!! click here to sign
