I’m currently in my mid-20’s and have been feeling like a 50 year-old woman the last few years. (I’m not knocking 50 yr olds wherever you are) I have suffered from insomnia for about 15 years now, and it has taken a huge toll on me. I was sleeping maybe 2 hours a day and going crazy. I always wanted to try medications or any product that I saw around for this, but didn’t have the money for it. For those of you who are at a point of desperation and on a budget (where I was), I found something that might help. I sent away for a couple of these and am now up to 4-5 hours a night. This is HUGE for me. I’m not doing this for advertising purposes, but for the sake of helping someone get some rest finally. This can be such a frustrating, saddening situation.
