Chronic Pain

I have learned in the last few years that when switching meds, especially the addictive ones , may seem a good idea, but always keep the old stuff or some of the old stuff handy , believe me, when you or if, as I have read, you feel "foggy" or ill, you an lways revert to your old meds , until you ask the correct questions, not just to your doctor's, but get the pharmicist involved , after all who else can better tell what meds may be cuasing what and they are easier to reach than the doc's and NP's or their nurses ..

well, the verdict is in , and my meds were changed to suit my needs. seems the nurse for those two day, Martha , just did everything on her own and just bybassing my NP .. Wendy , his nurse yesterday and today talked with Mat, my NP, and he was not happy .. so he immediately called in the correct script and dosage .. i think my aches and pains are just a little more agravated by the cold.

So i am planning to leave my place for sale, but become a dreaded ladnlord .. lol .. hope y'all are doing well .. rest time ...

ammtriplene, has saved my life, been in pain for a long time now. it travels in me jumps from place to place. my pain gets so bad where i want to end my life. going to OHSU for a diagose. and yes i'am still on ammtr. and i will not go off of till i have to. and all those side effects only hit a small amont of pepole the just have to name everything they have in them. i have been in alot of pain the last week.

thanks becky for the tip, i understand how scary it is to not have the proper meds that work for you .. i have been doing better with the ultram er .. it saved my tummy from being sour all the time to practically none at all ..

here's to better days , eh ? i am just happy that i woke up this morning, until iwent outside and everything is frozen solid .. lol .. i am going to the neuro and we will see if there is anything else he can do, after i have a full body MRI ... good luck with your adventure .. as that is what this is , an adventure , a life altering adventure .. why we were the chosen ones .. hope to ttyl ...
