Hello, Iwas wondering if anybody has ideas on how to get some good sleep? Presently im taking about 8 supodol a day ,and 350,and 150 mg of effexor. ive tried sleeping pills but they dont work. ive tried hot baths just before bed and that dont work either .It gets real frustrating staying up every night till 430-500 am every night.i am also taking ceasemat 2 -twice a day morning and night. Thanks for reading my question and hopefully someone out there knows what i can do to try and fall asleep like the regular people out in this world.

I really don't know what to tell ya, except WELCOME to the club. Many of us who suffer with chronic pain don't sleep, and if we do a good nites sleep is rare, sorry but that has been my experience the last 5 or so years.
