Well, it looks like I have failed PT. She has tried everything and my jaw is still in spasm and I still have bad headaches. I did some research and found out I have every symptom of temporal tendinitis. I love my dentist but I'm not sure how to bring up this subject with him. I plan to ask him for an MRI before he suggests we do anything else. I am hopeful that the MRI will discuss the temporal tendon. If not, I was thinking of saying something like, "What can you tell me about temporal tendinitis?" How would you approach this potential diagnosis with your doctor/dentist? Any suggestions?
