Chronic Pain

Howdy all, my name is Junior, I am a 27 yr. old Texan that has been battling chronic pain stemming from neuropathic problems for about 5 years. I have recently been diagnosed with Scoliosis, Degenerative Disc Disease, and most likely MS. Several MRIs have stated the MS diagnosis, but I am awaiting a lumbar puncture and ct before I am willing to really believe it.
Right now I have a golf ball size cyst on my left foot which stemmed from my akward walking due to my tremendous back pain...and it is to be cut out this week, followed by a minimum of 3 weeks on crutches and wearing a goofy "Pimp" boot....anyways, I am really at my wits end with the medical community, I am not getting anywhere near the amount of pain management medicine I need...and well I thought this might be a good place to vent and hear feedback from people going through the same things. I especially am open to any Doctor recommendations. I have a great PCP, but current seeking a strong neuorologist and a compassionate pain management doctor. Thank you for your time.
