Briefly, I have finally found out the cause of my pain which is TMJ. It all began a year ago, starting with daily headaches and many other symptoms and a zillion doctor visits, acupuncture, massage and physical therapy...blah, blah blah. I live in the Chicago area and wondering if anyone else in this area who has found any practioners/specialists/anyone that have helped with their TMJ. I feel like such a newbie and still lost. Luckily, told I don't need surgery. thanks in advance for any help or advice sent my way
I live in the Chicago area too, I was told I have TMJ all's I could think of was P&J {Peanutbutter and jelly} lol anyway I found a dentist and he made me a mouth piece that I use at night. It worked! Traveler Chicago
