This is an interesting site, looks like a great starting point.

The message board is curious, I don't think I've ever seen forum software quite like this. It looks feature rich and user friendly. I like how replies end up in their own window. I can browse around looking at reference material while typing a response to something.

The SharePosts are an interesting feature. Just glancing at them, they seem to be a cross between a blog, a biography, and an interactive group therapy. Having things categorized by "living with it", "recovered from", and so on is a really clever idea.

Alex,
Thanks for the feedback! I haven't ever seen this forum software either (and have seen and used quite a few forums in my day, lol) but I like it.

I absolutely LOVE the Shareposts. I think they will be a hit with everyone! I like how you put it, "interactive group therapy." LOL!

Eventually when everyone creates their Sharepost accounts, I would like for them to create a link for their Shareposts in their signature, so we can all keep up with how they are doing. I think this will make following progress easier.

Anyway, let me know if you have any questions.

Is there a chat feature on this new site?

I notice there's a chat tab in the dialog where you can get at your personal profile settings, but it doesn't appear to do anything.

Hi Alex,
Yes, there is a chat feature, however at the moment it is not turned on. We would like everyone to get comfortable with this software first, and if everyone would like a chat, we will see what we can do! Smiler

Something changed on the home page the other night. The boxes aren't colored any more. That and the heading "Latest on Chronic Pain" runs over some other text on the page. Looks like it might be missing a stylesheet or something.

Hi Alex,
Yep, because it's beta, they are going through different changes to see what is best.

Edit: I just checked everything out and it looks fine to me - the boxes are colored and nothing is running into other text. Maybe do a forced refresh? or restart?

Oh yea, a forced refresh fixed it. That's weird.

I wonder if this contributed to the confusion some users mentioned.

Stacy_

The site looks amazing, and it's very easy to use. I don't think anyone will have problems in a few day. It is different, but the software is very logical.

Cool Hugs.......

I have a question. Are we still going to have a "how was your day" section or are we going to keep that to our Share Posts? Either way works for me. Cool

Hugs,

Bekah
