Hi everyone, Just wanted to say hello to you all at once, and see how things are going on the TMJ pain front. Anyone have great plans for the weekend? Any news to share? Anything? LOL.
My pain is starting to flare a bit, so I'm trying hard to take it easy. I think lifting and bending and being in such awkward and new positions with the baby has really done me in. Went to my work yesterday so they could meet lucy, and it was so awkward (for me, not lucy) to say the least... Really a strange feeling to sit back and watch someone else be "you" and listen to all the things that are happening that you have no clue about. I felt so out of place. It was bizarre... oh well.
Anyway, just taking it easy today. We have a friend coming over for a visit and I'm exhausted so then it's naptime for me and little one as soon as she leaves.
Just miss our "how was your day" stuff so thought I'd say hello.
Nice to hear from you! Things are alright over at this end. The snow is finally gone here. WOHOO!! *happy dance*
We dont have huge plans in the works for the weekend. Having friends over for dinner tomorrow and then dinner on Sunday with my in-laws. They are going away over Easter so they wanted to see us this weekend instead.
Been doing ok pain wise. My TMJ has settled some since getting my night guard adjusted.
Give little Lucy a hug for me! Talk to you soon.

I'm back home in Arizona for a visit. My new niece was born on Feb 21, so I'm here to say hello and spoil her rotten (it is what a good auntie does).... Here till Monday night. So it's nice to be back 'home'. I left 10 years ago and haven't been good about coming back often. Bad Tami...
TMJ is ok after the acupuncture.. A bit sore in my back, but nothing I can't handle anymore.
