Vanilla Protein powder (however many scoops you use) 1 cup orange juice 1/4 cup fresh/ frozen pineapple chunks 10 oz. ginger ale 1 1/2 cups vanilla soy milk
Place all ingredients in blender. Mix until smooth. Add ice, if desired.
4 large apples 1 large carrot 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
Although you can add the nutmeg and cinnamon at the end after juicing, I'd actually sprinkle them in the juicer before juicing. You can also sort of do both; garnish the end result with some cinnamon on top.
Juice the apples and the carrots together. Pour into a glass and garnish with the spices at the end if desired.
Ingredients: 1/4 cantaloupe, skins and seeds removed 1/4 honeydew, skins and seeds removed 1 orange, peeled but white pith OK 3/4 C. Greek Yogurt
Directions:
Some people don't remove the melon skins, but I always do. I know most of the nutrients are in rind so if you're concerned about that you can try juice the rind. I wouldn't juice the seeds however; as I think they have potential to damage a juicemaker.
Cut the melon into spears to make for easier juicing. Go ahead and juice those together, and then process the orange. Stir together and drink.
30 Bing Cherries, pits removed 3 medium carrots 1 orange, peeled but pith ok 10 ounces bottled mineral water Vanilla Protein Powder
Directions:
Juice up the carrots first, and save the pulp for Carrot Cake or whatever you'd like. Then juice the cherries and as said before, you can use the pulp from that for dessert toppings if you'd like. Juice the orange next… the pith is ok to leave in but it's a good idea to have it peeled and cut into sections.
Then stir all three juices together and pour in mineral water to taste. Instant Bing Bling!
2 lbs cranberries 1.5 lbs apricots 1/3 lemon (peeled, but pith ok) 2 cups of ice, crushed
Directions:
Because apricot skins are a bit tough and resistant, much like peach skin, you might need to remove them at least partially from the apricots if your machine has problems with it. The fuzzy skins can sometimes get stuck and prevent the juicer from squeezing out all the apricot juice.
Basically, juice every thing together and pour the mixture over the crushed ice for a nice juice mixer.
1/2 pineapple (cut up into "spears") 1 pink grapefruit (peeled, white pith ok) 1 lemon (peeled, white pith ok)
Directions:
The pineapple can be tricky to prepare… I don't think it's a good idea to try juice it with the skin on. You pretty much need to cut it up like you're going to eat it. "Spears" of pineapple seem to work better than large chunks of it, but you can try either.
Juice all the ingredients, pretty much in any order you'd like. You can save the pulp here, or not, all depends on you. Pour everything into a pitcher filled up with ice and that's pretty much it.
