Hello Mark - I am not showing any viruses, malware, spyware , trojans, worms or any other problem .. and sorry if you misunderstood my post , but I don't recall what you wrote as saying don't open a "link" on the IM to look at photos or anything coming from anyone of us .. just the junk messages in the inbox as we discussed on a chat at that time ...

So it doesn't really matter , anyway ... there are no infections .. but thanks for the post ..

Good Afternoon my dear friends

It's been a pretty nice sunny day here in the PNW. We had a nice low traffic drive up to Seattle, our son got out of school shortly after we arrived, so we went down to the water front, near the famous pike street market & pier. We had a very nice lunch at Ivars Fish/chips, sat at a table out side in the sun and Yes! My Honey girl ended up coming Big Grin Cool

When we stopped at Rods parents to drop off all our doggies for baby sitting, his mom told him that we should take Honey for me. So, thank God For Grandma. I'm having that spoiled little girl feeling going through me, but I really don't ask for a whole lot of things in our family and after Rods mom told Rod that betty & honey have gotten so close and betty needs honey, he was not upset or anything, he ran and got the motel phone number out of the car and told me to call and make sure we had a room that excepted her, so all worked out just fine.

I'm sorry I was so upset last night, It's just been one of those pyeling up of things and high pain & fatigue and I get so tired that I cannot even think. I was never like this before I got ill. I was really tired this am and it was hard to get moving, but I'm really glad that I was already packed up and all I had to do was shower & put the clothes on that I'd already ironed and layed out, so it was no big deal to just go out and get in the car.

Matt, Kellie & Rod are all gone to a Mariners Game and I have the room to myself all evening and am thankful that I can just rest, read, putter on the puter, hold my doggie and just have this time to myself. This is a Quality Inns & suites and it's not that nice of a room/small but clean. I'm happy with it as long as it's clean though, so no big deal. I should say I'm happy with it as long as it's clean, has wireless, takes dogs and has an out door area that I'm allowed to go stand outside and people watch. lol

I'm sorry to hear about the MSM virus thing, I hope it's not effected anyone badly. I have a virus update to download this weekend, I thought I'd do it with wireless, so I don't have to wait for hours to get done. I had a coupld of other program updates to do too, so I should take care of it.
I don't receive mysterious Im's from strangers with msm, I used to get them all the time from aol's and it really bugged me, but my msm is set to only allow from those I choose it to allow and not open ended, so you four are the only ones who can get through to me, so I don't think I'll be bothered with anyone else.

The rummage sale sounds like the weather is going great and hopefully your selling the things you'd rather not move. I'll be around if anyone wants me, I may step out side a time or two or three, just to get some walking around in with my poochie, but I'll be back on & off.

I hope your injections are feeling better Mark. the inflamation should be out of the injection sites soon, so maybe you'll get some relief then.
I've heard of skype several times, but I'm gonna hold off on downloading another program, till I get all my updats downloaded & make sure they are configured properly, but thanks for asking Smiler

Chuck hows it going in your world today. Did you mention you had a doctor apt coming up soon and you were gonna possibly try to change your meds to try to get a bit more relief?? I imagine with diabetes too, it's sometimes difficult to add/change meds on you?
I hope you & your family are having a nice weekend and maybe put something on the new barBQ and grill it up. I love grilled meats, it even makes hot dogs taste better. lol

Welll, I'll check back after bit friends and see how ya all are doing.
Take it easy tonight and get your rest.
Thank you for all your kind & supportive words, I'm doing much better, just one of those crazy anxiety times. It actually kind of makes me afraid when I feel like my health has taken away my strength & stamina and it scares me and causes too much anxiety when I don't think I'll be able to make it, especially when others are expecting me too.
Thanks again, hugs, Luvs
Betty

Wow - that sounds so good .. thanks Grandma , honey is now your comfort dog, how sweet !

I am glad you are feeling better .. and got there safe and sound ..

I forgot about Chucks' appt .., he did mention that , good question ...

The sale is going well, and am enjoying it, home by 1:30 .. and resting until dinner ...

Yeah, that msn thing sounds weird, so glad I have plenty of safe guards , ran a scan and nothing showed .. I never received IM's from strangers as I only have it open to you three .. I turned off the sttings to be open to the public ..

Emails from spammers on hotmail.com I get tons and have written and complained , the live.com , I don't get even spam .. oh well, just strange ... thank goodness, I didn't bother opening up the second screen as asked ..

So be sure to set your settings , I am doing that now again on both the hotmail.com and live.com ..

Gonna head to be now, I am bushed and two days of selling to go .. everyone get a good restful sleep , and enjoy your day tomorrrow .. Adrian

Good Morning again,
Nothin like coffee and meds to clear the fog.
I plan on talking with my doc on my next visit about changing my arthritis med, I'm gonna try metaxalone I think. Maybe switch to the extended release tramadol.
That or higher dose of lortab, we'll see I guess . I tend to run out of the bt med(lortab) and that makes it tough as I', sure you al know.
We may grill some today too early too tell..LOL
I always cook my wife's favorite meal on mother's day and she's requested my special meat loaf, so that's on the menu for tomorrow.
I even said I'd go to church in the morning, hope fully I won't wake up in serious pain.
Betty, glad you got to have your honey with you I knew Rod would understand.
Adrian my security os pretty tight, I rarely even get pop ups. I use web mail that keeps out a lot of the spam. Hope you rested and recharged the batteries.
Mark, nothing ever came through on my end. both of mine are scanned daily and no probs.
Have a great day all.
chuck

Good day - Man I woke up at 6 .. hee hee .. slept in .. Chuck , I also have a very tight security , so I am not really worried , maybe just a fluke ..

I did however remove the instant message system , as we can communicate here ... so it unclogged space ..

Betty . so happy you are alive and kickin' ..

And Chuck , I am on the Unltram ER and it is okay , depends on how many miligrams they prescribe , I take 100 mils. at 3 x' a day .. my tummy couldn't handle all 300 at one time ..

I hope that works out for you , pain stinks .. and today is the last day for me with this sale .. tomorrow I will leave the stuff that is cheap , and let the guys do the selling ..

I am definately taking the day off , Sunday is our day to rest .. so that is what I will be doing .. yipee !

I will be out same time, same place, same return .. giggle .. so I wish you all a good day .. and will check in later on .. Love yas' !

I woke up at 12 noon, feeling rested, less sore and facing a major change in weather (since it was cold enough to turn the heat back on) ... moving kind of slow right now but thank God I'm still moving ... I just got a call from a neighbor that one of my other neighbors just died (she was about my age) ... we can't take life (pain and all) for granted!

Good Afternoon Friends

I'm sorry I did not check in this am, Matt woke me at 8:45am and I seem to of been going since then, when I got in the internet earlier, I ended up having to pass it off to matt, as he & his dad were trying to schedule our day to see a few more sites that we've not seen yet in our last 3 years of weekends in Seattle. They tried to choose things that I could do and would not be too much, but you know how it is, it's always ends up to be too much. I'm just taking a rest time now and I'm laying back on my pyle of pillows & heating pad after another dose of meds. The kids went back to their houses to take a break and change their clothes for dinner. Rods going to take a walk around the city and I'm going to just rest with my doggie, as she's really tired.

We Went & ate at our favorite Burger place in the City (Red Mill) and then we went to (Discovery Park) which is a very large Park with a light house and discovery wild life centers, you can walk on a pristeen beech on the penninsula and see all the habitat in it's own space, no dogs, so I carried my girl and do most the time, but I guess sea lion pups rest at this beach and they don't want dogs chasing them or harrassing the other critters in this natural habitat, so it's understandable. Honey wears her therapy dog in training vest, so no body even looks at her and I knew if she's in my arms she would not bother anything. But it was a really nice park and it also was a fort area on the Washington state pennisula during the war, but all the old buidings & newer ones are housing for military families. We were able to drive back up in this area, because of my handicapped plackard & license, so that was really nice.
Then we drove down town and went to the Seattle Aquarium and got to see all their wild life and natural habitats will all kinds of great fish and Sea Annemies. I almost did not make it and even stopped at the motel, but my meds took effect and I decided to go anyway. Since getting off my feet, I'm already starting to get some relief and although I know I'm going to pay dearly for this past few days, I'm really happy to be with my kids and am enjoying them very much.

I'm really glad none of you got stuck with any virus problems, I don't really understand why hackers would spend time on doing that kind of down right vicious damage to strangers like that. There is just something extra evil, I thin, in doing just mean & rotten things, just to do them.

I hope your all having a plesant weekend, despite pain and fatigue. tomorrow is Moms day and Chucks meant loaf sounds great, how nice of you to go to chuck with your wife and make her dinner, I hope everyone has a nice day, any plans for anyone else, gonna call mom, send a card or just have a day of rest. Sounds great to me. Matt has to work for the red cross tomorrow & we will be heading home at check out time. I am celebrating today and with tonights dinner and I already got Rod & I's mothers they're gifts, so that is also taken care of. I'll try to stop in later, I'll be coming back to the room after dinner and the rest will be going swimming with Rod, but I'm not up for that and prefere to sit with the heating pad and rest some. So all of you take care, my thoughts are with you.

Hugs to all
Betty

Hey All,

We just got done here with Audrey's Mother's Day Dinner and I'm kickin' back relaxing, trying to digest so much food ... more than I usually eat ... we ordered in Tex-Mex from an actual Tex-Mex restaurant (not a chain) that is owned and operated by some Latinos who are from the American Southwest (also known as Adrian's neighborhood ... LOL) ... there really is a difference between chain restaurant versions of Tex-Mex and the "real deal" versions!

Betty, I hope that are having a great Mother's Day!

Chuck, I'm sorry that you ran out of pain/BT med's and I hope that you get a better med (or combination of med's) to lower your pain, once Monday comes (or do you have to wait for Monday instead of going to the ER?)

Adrian, I'm glad about your move to Florida but did you say that your bro is heading out to California? ... the climate in Northern California is supposed to be less likely to bring on flare-ups from FMS and other pain related illnesses (than in Florida) ... I hear (from people that live in Florida) that the climate is awful for chronic pain sufferers PLUS I hear that medicine for FMS and every other chronic pain illness is treated more aggressively (and with more advanced techniques) in Northern California (mostly around S.F.) than in Florida ... BUT who knows which is really better? ... just my 2 cents worth of input.

Bev, I hope that you are having a great day too!

I'm doin' better ... my injection sites are less sore than they were yesterday, so things are getting better.

I wish you all a low-pain and preferably a no-pain evening.

Greetings All.
Somewhat better today, the meds help so much.
My sister had a spare got me through til
this morning. Goin to the er was the ultimate
last resort but, today's a better day.
Adrian, glad you got your air fare covered,
one less thing to worry about. Are you bros
gonna pull your jeep behind the truck, I was
wondering If you were gonna try to drive or not.
Thats a good price on the blood work, My last cost 58 bux
that Included a cancer screen. Still cheaper than the
$379 full price.
My daughter ended up doing most of the cooking and
it was a great dinner a good time was had by all.
Mark, hope you're having a good day. Sounds like
you're recovering from the injections hope they
give you some relief.
Hsve s good day all,
chuck

I'm Back Pain Gang

I'm sure you all were prepared to have me go MIA for a few days. We checked out yesterday at 11am and met at Matt's house to go and have lunch with the kids, they of course had a nice gift for me. New Jammies & a nice back of starbucks newest beans. My son wrote a beautiful note to his mom in a nice card, then we headed for home. I was nearly crawling at this point and really not looking forward to the long drive home, but I made it and went strait for the new jammies and my recliner, went to bed, stayed till after noon today and then layed out here in the living room. I'm finally coming too, from my pain/fatigue coma and going to bathe and put on clean jammies for our Monday night line up & dvred programs. I'm really weak and felt It was really a big deal to un pack my lappy and hook it up to turn her on.

I really enjoyed the time with both the kids and Rod all weekend. My little honey did a great job as usual taking care of her mommie. I seriously over did it, but during the decision making of wether I should rest or go ahead and push on, not to waste one minute with my son, kellie & Rod, I came to a conclusion and a kind of awakening of something new in this life of pain.
No matter how bad I feel, how much pain it will cause me to suffer in the coming days. Spending time with my family is well worth the suffering and I'm going to take full responsibility for causing it and my heart is very peaceful with that, Now that I don't have to feel bad because I missed out on some time to spend with the most important people in my life.
I'm going to go through the few days of pain/fatigue & torture knowing that I did not have to miss out on one minute with Matt, kellie & Rod over the weekend and I'm just gonna have to deal with it. Wink

I'm sure sorry you were out of bt meds Chuck, it seems that has to happen at such important times and is so frustrating. Good thing your sis is a nurse.

Adrian; I'm so happy for you, the sale went well, you've taken care of your plans and I'm so happy for you.

Mark, I love mexican food and the more authentic the better for us. We just watched an episode of Anthony Bourdain in mexico and Both Rod & I drooled over the great looking authentic food and would of loved some. I hope Audrey had a wonderful moms day too.

Thank you all for the moms day well wishes, I had a great time, but am glad to be home.
I'll talk to ya all afterbit.

Hugs
Betty

Good Afternoon friends

I'm slowly but surely getting myself back to normal. I'm still having a bit of trouble walking. A great deal of the pain is mainly in my hips/legs/feet, probably from over walking and moving, but I'm happy to rest today and get through this rain storm. Tomorrow is supposed to be in the 70's and going up to the 90's by weeks end. This weather is just nuts.

How are all of you today? I hope your pain is low or NO pain and your having a nice one.

I'll be back afterbit and see if any of you have posted.

Hugs & hopes your doing OK
Betty
