Yea the trip to wally world wasn't the best idea. I think I tried to back to sleep about 2 ish. Up at 7. Coffee and meds whata way to start the day But, I had a real nice walk a little overcast. The mountains looked really cool hearing the birds, watching the squirrels chase food it was really great.

I'm sitting here looking out the window into the mass of Gray, downpour, it's 4:00pm and has looked dark the entire day. I've had to have th lights on and trying to keep my mood elevated seems to be a challenge today.
