I was just diagnosed with Breast Cancer stage 1 last week. I am scheduled for a mastectomy on Jan. 9, 2007. I also have COPD, and I was wondering if anyone here had the same two problems together, and if so, what should I be aware of and what special preparations should I make before surgery?
