I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. I've had a lumpectomy and 3 lymph nodes removed (all clear). I just finished my brachytherapy (5 days, twice a day). I am confused re the need for chemo. If I do not choose to undergo this next step, what are my chances of recurrence. Most women I know have had regular radiation with no mention of chemo afterwards.
