Hello I'm new here and was wondering how many of you have had previous mammo's w/benign calcs and then had a BIRADS 4 "suspicious for malignancy" mammo the next yr? I have 2 new clusters that were not there in 04'or 05' the say. They couldn't compress my breasts properly enough to get a core bx, so I go to excisional bx on the 22nd. I have had both kinds of bx's before and benign pathology that increases my risk a bit. I am worried and would like some feedback. I am aware that 80% are b9, but the look on the radiologists faces made me really uneasy. Worst of all, I had the mammo 7-19, but have lung disease and have had a cold, so I've had to wait.. the waiting is the worst I think. Peace n' Prayers..
