I live in Manhattan Beach and have not found any bipolar support groups though I am sure they must exist. I am stabilized to a very low level. I want to be stable... but I want to live too! So many dreams so many responsibilities fallen along the way. I want to capture my life back instead of just feeling relief that my mind is quiet.

Any suggestions on a new path to gain back my vivid enjoyment in life and passion?? Or just simply learning how to do enough in a day to have a job?

Greatly appreciate any suggestions!

I, too, wish I knew of a place here in western maryland. I would attend a BPD support group if I knew of a local one.
