Bipolar Depression

Im not shure what i should do to control all the emotions that im dealing with that corraspond to this desease. like how to deal with the anger, sadness, ups and downs constantly. Plus not getting mutch support from Dr.s because the area im living in. my wife and i and 2 little boy arnt getting along we separated in Jan 2007 im living in the house again and i dont want to hurt them again or loos them, My wife wants it to work but to tarafied because i hurt them for i balieve three years . So if any can help my mind is open

I am the ex-spouse of a bp. I cannot tell you how to control the emotions. I can only tell you that you need to find the help you need. Keep trying docs. There are so many meds out there and not all work for everyone, you must find yours. I know this can be a very long process, but please try. Your family loves you and you owe it to them to try.

My ex tried a couple of different meds and then quit taking them because he now believes that there was no need for them, it was all me. We all knew he needed meds and the condition just got worse. I still love him very much.

Please try to find a doc who will listen to you.
