Bipolar Depression

I will introduce myself, my name is sherri , I have been checking around on the sites to find a supportive group. I am sitting here feeling so confused and my legs are shaking /lotsa miles per minute/. Maybe I should not even be here.I have been doing alot of soul searching, and I realise it is not the world, it is Me.My whole life people/ friends/ boyfriends, have always said "boy , your moods change alot " I never know how I am going to feel from one second to another. This is getting old, and I know that my moods are destroying my relationships.
Also. I have begun noticing the moods in my daughter. I am getting ready for work right now, so I will finish later. I know I need help.

Recognition and acceptance of a condition is half the battle for many of us, and it appears you are there. If you are not consulting a health care professional for this, that is one recommendation. Find out why your moods are making your life miserable. Once you know why, relief is that much closer.
