Does anyone have any suggestions for a doctor and support ground in the northeast arkansas area? I don't even know where to begin.

The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) has lists of support groups by geographical area. Check out http://www.dbsalliance.org/findsupport.html to find one. There are several listed for Arkansas, but I don't know how close any of them are to you. Good luck!
