Hello, I was wondering if anyone can recommend any excellent books (something a little more obscure that is not necessairly found on the Barnes and Noble Best Seller list) encorporating bipolar, cutting and adoption. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

"Bipolar Disorder for Dummies"

It is a good book. Another BPer recommended it on another site. Doesn't mention cutting but it is a good reference source for BP in general in layman's terms.

read "Unquiet Mind" by Kay Jamison, MD. That is a good one also.
