I am a 30 year old with bipolar an general anxity disorder and have been put off work to get rid of one of my stresers. I feel like the world is so big and I am so small. Won't leave my house. Is there anyone out there that is feeling the same or has felt this way. I am on meds but they can only do so much. Please let me know.
