A response On Bipolar World (there is a link under top websites) there is a poem that was written by a BP survivor that also lists 10 Dos and Don'ts. I found it straight on the mark as well. Thank you Mr. Gregory for your list.
I just went to Bipolar World and found where it was under the heading of "Family Members" yet when I tried to click on - the page was temporarily unavailable. Sorry. It was good though.
