I believe so much in the medication that I'm taking, but sometimes I miss those highs....I feel so old....

I take lithium and I am often tired.
I'm 47, graying, and feel old, too.
All we can do is take care of ourselves. Meds. Exercise. Sleep. Avoid stress.
