My daughter is 13 and recently diagnosed with BP. She is very bright but not always successful in school because of disorganization and not turning in homework. We are pursuing and IEP or a 504. Does anyone have experience with their bipolar child being on a IEP or 504 plan? What type of things were included? Which is better the 504 or IEP?
