Anxiety

Hi All:
I am researching what people with social phobia/SAD or OCD like and
dislike about OCD or SAD medications. There are separate surveys for
social phobia and OCD. I am offering anyone who is eligible for the
survey, and who completes it, a $15 dollar Amazon.com gift
certificate. If you have both OCD and SAD, please feel free to complete
both surveys: you will get a $15 Amazon.com for each of the OCD and SAD
surveys. The Amazon.com gift certificate will be emailed to you at
your email of choice. The survey is anonymous except for the email that
you provide. It takes about 15 minutes. I can only take the first 25
people for each survey: if you are interested in participating, please
consider doing so sooner rather than later. You must be over 18 and
meet the other criteria on the first page of each survey. To take the
