New to these forums and I was surprised to see that there isn't any discussions about PTSD.

Hoping to find a safe area to share and support others with the same diagnosis. Razzer

Hi Thia, I understand PTSD from personal experience. (I have it - symptoms are not as severe anymore, some little things that I don't think will ever go away! I also have medically controlled depression -after having spent many years in therapy). My other half is a vietnam vet - nuff said. For me figuring out it was ptsd was a big break through and helped me to manage the incident triggered flashbacks and panic attacks. I'm new to this forum, but I just noticed something about your own caregiving site under the "manage" tab. Maybe that's the place to start something!?
