Tips on dealing with anxiety-

1. Nervous about driving on the hwy or just being in the car with someone else?
Remember that "whatever is going to happen is going to happen" and that you have zero control over that (I have learned that anxiety while driving is just a fear of loosing control)If you just let it go and belive you have no control over everyone else's driving then it goes away. In the car with someone, turn on the music, have a conversation (about anything) the distraction works wonders.

2. General axiety from stress?
WRITE YOUR THINGS DOWN! I can't tell you what stress this removed from my mind. Keep a planner with you and if you remember something you have to do, instead of worrying about all the things you can clear them out of your mind because if you need them they are already on paper.

3. Drink water.
Normally when you are dehydrated you feel a little dizzy or light headed then it escellates to "oh no what is happening to me" then a panic attack set in- keeping hydrated will eliminate any of that and is good for you.

Hopefully these are helpful for you because they really really helped me alot and I have been panic free for 5 months now! (I take no medication either -(too fearful of what it would do or make me feel -you know then more panic) :}
