Hi all!

I woke up on Wednesday with a sore throat (sore to swallow). By that night I had a fever of 102. On Thursday morning, I felt better.

I switched from 20mg Prilosec to 20mg generic on Thursday. Today I am suffering from a burning sore throat. I took the generic Prilosec this morning, then some Pepto, then a Pepcid Complete. I haven't changed my diet or anything. I still have the burning sensation, but I can't tell if it's my reflux or a sore throat from being sick.

Could the generic be this different or is this sensation just part of my cold/flu issue from Wednesday?
