I was diagnosed via endocopy with larngopharyngeal reflux approx 18 months ago, the only symptoms having been wheezing and a metallic cough. I was tx with about 6 weeks of ppi's and the symptoms resolved. Now I am having intermittent wheezing again, with a weird sort of pleuritic pain, which evolved into a left sided neck pain which is worse when bending over, the metallic cough. I can also elicit some point tenderness laterally on the left side of my neck. It has me worried. The short question, can the neck pain be part of the LPR? Thanks in advance to anyone who answers.
